Sharematter, Inc. and its affiliates (“Dizzy,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) value the privacy of individuals who use our website and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from or about you or your device as you use the Services. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures described here. If you are an entity customer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you are not authorized to use the app and should cease use immediately. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below. If you do not provide required information, you may not be able to use some or all of our Services.
When you register for an account, we ask for your email address and may request your phone number. If you sign up using a social media account, we may receive information from those services (name, email, profile photo) in accordance with your social account privacy settings.
When you add a credit card or payment method, a third-party payment processor will receive and process your payment card information.
When you communicate with us (for example, Customer Support), we may receive your name, email, phone number, message contents, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and may use tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons) in emails to improve the customer experience.

You can upgrade to make your code private. Public GitHub repositories imported to Dizzy remain public by default; private GitHub repos can be kept private by upgrading.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails via the link in those emails. Administrative emails will continue.
Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies or use private browsing. Blocking all cookies may prevent access or impair functionality.
If you are located in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may not use Dizzy and must cease use immediately.
Our Services may link to third-party sites, products, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
We delete or de-identify information when no longer necessary, unless law requires retention. Retention periods depend on service type, relationship length, and legal requirements. When you request account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days.
We use technical, organizational, and physical safeguards to protect information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored electronically.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. By using the Services you represent you meet applicable age limits. If we learn a U.S. child under 13 (or under a jurisdiction's applicable age) has provided us personal information, we will take steps to obtain parental consent or delete the information.
